  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Add the oats, cinnamon, and salt to a mixing bowl and stir
    to combine.
  3. Next add the bananas and mash thoroughly and combine into
    the oat mixture.
  4. Then add the peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  5. Mix well.
  6. In a separate bowl add the berries and cassava flour and
    mix, coating all of the berries. Add that to the oat mixture and thoroughly combined.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for about 50-55 minutes
    or until golden brown and bubbly around the edges. Make sure the center is firm to the touch, if it isn’t, keep baking. Let it cool down for about 15 mins or so then slice and serve.
