1 cup Madame Sarah Cassava Flour
1 cup of water
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour the batter onto the baking sheet. Spread the batter out in an even layer.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and cut or score the crackers using a pizza cutter.
Return to the oven and bake for another 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and crisp. The crackers on the outer edge will usually cooke faster. Just break them off at the cut lines and cool and continue baking the remaining crackers until done.
